Your satisfaction is our number one priority. We definitely want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns on both new and gently used products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to honor our refund policy, excluding shipping fee within 14 days of delivery date for any reason (no questions asked).

To start your return, simply reach out to our customer care team via email with your order number (Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, excluding holidays and weekends). Inquiries are answered in the order they are received, please do not send multiple inquiries as this will place you at the end of the queue. We do our best to respond to all customers within a day. Response times may be extended during weekends, holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
